Trials riding is a specialized type of motorcycle riding that emphasizes skill and throttle control over raw speed. Riders compete on a course filled with natural obstacles, like large boulders, trees, roots and rough terrain. The course must be negotiated within a 90 second time limit without putting your foot down. Each time a rider puts a foot down, they are assessed a penalty point. The rider with the fewest points wins.
