The Crossroads B&B
Crossroads B&B is a biker friendly bed and breakfast, located near the intersection of US Route 7 and Vermont 17, in New Haven Vermont – in the center of the Lake Champlain Valley. The Crossroads is an ideal base camp for rides in the Adirondacks, the Champlain Islands, the Green Mountains and the Vermont Gaps.
Favorites like the App-Gap, Middlebury Gap, Brandon Gap and New York’s Tracy Road can easily be included in an afternoon ride during your stay at the Crossroads. Or, ask your hosts Ron and Gina Dedrick and they’ll gladly share routes from their personal book of favorites (both are avid motorcyclists).
The 1860’s farmhouse has six comfortable rooms and a large guest area with TV, a bright sunroom, pool table, wi-fi, a guest refrigerator and BYOB bar. You can enjoy views of the Adirondacks and the Green Mountains from the covered porch.
Middlebury, Vergennes and Bristol are all within 10 minutes ride of the Crossroads, providing you with many options for dinner, shopping and entertainment.
A three-course breakfast is included with each nights stay. Enjoy fresh fruit, homemade muffins and one of the house specialties. Choose a baked Finnish pancake, served with strawberries and Vermont maple syrup; ham strata; or ham quiche. Cob smoke bacon or Canadian bacon, from a local smoke house with your meal. Gourmet coffee, tea and juice makes you ready for the day’s ride.
The Crossroads offers biker discounts, parking in their barn, bike wash and cleaning supplies and tools, if you need them. Cyclewise Ducati-Vermont and BC Motorsports are nearby if you need parts or the assistance of a professional mechanic.
