Teen Challenge is having their Ride for Freedom Summer Fest at the Common Acres Campground in Hyde Park VT this Friday through Sunday. The event will have a group ride on Saturday and music Saturday night.

Vermont riders are riding in the Dream Ride 2010 this weekend. The ride brings riders from eight states, starting in twenty-nine locations together to raise money for the Special Olympics. Over the ten years of the event, 10,000 people have participated and raised $800,000. Groups are leaving from Wilkins Harley Davidson and Green Mountain Harley Davidson on Friday.

The 5th Annual Last Mile ride is Sunday, August 21. The ride begins at the Gifford Medical Center in Randolph VT and goes for a 100 mile loop. The ride raises money for terminally ill patients – those who are “in the last mile of life”.
