Richmond Bridge Opens Today, June 19th

The "green bridge" in Richmond center will re-open this afternoon, Friday June 19th. The bridge has been closed for repairs since March and has caused an 11 mile detour for travelers heading along this major north-south corridor. Initially the bridge will only have one lane open to allow workers to complete painting and other tasks.
Thankfully, app-gap will now be a bit closer for northern riders.
