The Kingdom Thunder motorcycle rally, August 27th through 29th in Jay Vermont promises three days of fun for bikers and will raise money for the Healthy Changes Initiative. The Healthy Changes Initiative is a discount exercise program for people suffering from diabetes, obesity, heart disease and rheumatoid arthritis run by Indoor Recreation, Orleans County. The event will have bands, group rides through the Northeast Kingdom, an all you can eat BBQ, bonfire and a blessing of the bikes.

Friday night The Bus Drivers will perform. Saturday there will be a 130 mile ride and an afternoon BBQ. Saturday night Southern Comfort will play and there will be a bonfire. Sunday morning there will be a blessing of the bikes. A discount Vermont-style breakfast will be served on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Lodging discounts are available at Jay Peak, Cedarwood Resort and Jay Village Inn. Camping is also available. A shuttle service from Jay Village Inn and the Village of Jay will provide transportation to the events at Cedarwood Resort.

The $69 registration fee includes a donation to the Healthy Changes Initiative, bonfire, BBQ, Saturday ride and music events. To register, see the event registration page.
