The Vermont Energy Park in Pownal Vermont is the site of this year’s BMW Rider’s International Rally. The rally is July 29th through August 1 and will attract BMW on-road, off-road and adventure riders from across the country and Canada.
BMW riders love to ride. Vermont’s mix of paved and unpaved roads – along with nearby New York and Western Massachusetts roads -- are a major rally attraction. Vendors, BMW demo rides, technical seminars, GS rides and off road training, and vintage BMW displays will also be draws. Rally organizers are providing GPS downloadable maps for area rides.
Free unlimited camping, with hot showers is included in the rally registration fee (pre-registration rates: $30 for BMW Rider Association members; $40 for non-members; $15 for youths; Registration is available at the gate for an additional $5). There is an on-site food court and discounts for local lodging and attractions. Registration is available online (the link is the last paragraph text).
