The annual Americade Motorcycle Rally will be held June 7 through Jun 12, 2010 in Lake George NY. The annual rally attracts 50,000 riders of all types of motorcycles for demo rides, vendor displays, special events and group rides. The rally is billed as "the world's largest touring motorcycle rally" and encourages a friendly, open atmosphere.This year's rally will be the 28th annual event.

The surrounding Adirondack Park is tourist friendly and has a variety of lodging options. For motorcyclists, the area offers smooth, well kept roads and rides that appeal to sport, touring and cruising interests.

Vermont based riders will find Americade an easy day trip, being a two to three hour ride for most. Riders who want to stay in Lake George should reserve their accommodations early, as hotels fill up fast and many require a multi-day stay during the event.
